Year-End Landscape Care Reminders

No matter what holiday you celebrate this month, we hope you all have a safe and beautiful one with family and friends. We understand this week may be hectic with family and last minute Christmas plans, but if you have a few moments or are finished celebrating (Happy Hanukkah!) we have a few helpful end-of-year reminders regarding your landscape.

• Despite this weekend’s rain, please don’t forget to adjust your irrigation system and water your landscape in times of no precipitation.

• Don’t forget about the birds this winter. Provide food and water to keep them healthy through winter.

• Winter, while many trees, shrubs & perennials are dormant is still a great time to plant and transplant.

• Always be prepared to protect your plants through winter with these easy tips.

Winter color can brighten up a landscape! If you don’t have time to plant, we can do it for you this January for blooms through spring. If you're hanging on to tulip bulbs, get those planted!

• Give us a call after the holidays. 2014 is the year of the garden refresh!
