Hummingbird Feeders & Plants

April 18, 2013 | By webadmin

Have you put your hummingbird feeders out yet? The nesting hummers are already out and about in the DFW area! Also, be sure to add hummingbird plants to your garden, such as Pride of Barbados, Yucca, Autumn Sage, Esperanza, and any other brightly colored tubular shaped bloom. We took this lovely shot at Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden. The beautiful flowers in the forefront belong to a Pride of Barbados plant.

When we design your landscape for you, we can work with you to include plants that will attract specific wildlife to your garden. Certain plants are more attractive to species of birds, butterflies or other pollinators. Often, this type of landscape design is called "habitat gardening". But it's also simple to include habitat plants within a more traditional design.

If you're ready to refresh the look and feel of your landscape, or you need to start from scratch, give us a call at 214-824-7036 or email today!
